Age & Grade Brackets

Grades 3–5 (Elementary School):
Building fundamental agility, footwork, ball-handling, and early basketball IQ skills to prepare young athletes for competitive AAU play.

Grades 6–8 (Middle School):
Focused skill refinement, speed & agility, advanced game IQ, and introductory strength & conditioning for competitive AAU play.

Grades 9–12 (High School):
Advanced position-specific skills, elite agility and strength training, situational game IQ, and college exposure prep to compete at higher AAU and varsity levels.

One-Day School Break Basketball & Agility Camp

Our one-day Basketball & Agility School Break Camp offers youth athletes grades K-8th a high-energy, skills-focused experience combining basketball fundamentals with speed, agility, and coordination training. Perfect for school days off, this camp helps players stay active, build confidence, and elevate their game in a fun and supportive environment.
